About the Client:
Karunguru Holdings Limited is a real estate company developing the Karunguru Gated Community. We are currently looking for Sales Executives (real estate) to assist in generating leads, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and ultimately closing sales for properties within the company’s portfolio. They will also focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert guidance on property features, and assisting buyers throughout the purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Sales Support
- Assist in responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential buyers and sellers.
- Support the sales team in negotiations and closing deals.
- Respond to clients and update on the CRM
Property Research & Listing
- Conduct market research to identify potential competitors and benchmark.
- Help update property listings and maintain an accurate property features
- Assist in property inspections and verifications.
Marketing & Promotion
- Support social media and digital marketing efforts for property listings.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and campaigns to attract buyers.
- Make sure proper property pricing.
- Attend property expos, networking events, and site visits to build connections.
Administrative Support
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings for clients.
- Maintain organized client records and update CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing reports and sales documentation.
Qualifications Requirements
- Degree/Diploma from recognized institution
- 3+ years progressive sales experience
- Ability to demonstrate high level of relationship management
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated individual with a go getter attitude
- CRM experience a plus
